Male Allies Month - "How to Win and Engage Male Allies" with Robert Baker

At a time when there is pushback on the progress towards gender equality, attracting and engaging male allies is even more important for women’s networks like EWMD. 

In this workshop, Robert Baker, global expert on allyship will share:

• Why male allyship is so important to progress on gender equality

• How women can speak about male allyship to engage men

• The benefits for men from becoming allies and inclusive leaders

• What male allies actually need to do to drive change

• How you can take action to make a difference.

The session will feature a breakout where you will be asked to work on how to incentivise men to attend an event on gender equality. This will be highly practical and useful in the follow up to International Women’s Day.
