Event Description

What does effective male allyship look like—across continents and cultures?

Join us for a powerful and practical conversation on how men are stepping up as allies and co-creators of gender equity in Australia, Asia, and Africa—and what Europe can learn from their success stories.

Hosted by EWMD, this 90-minute online event brings together an exceptional global panel of leaders—women and men—who are breaking down barriers, rethinking leadership, and activating meaningful change by engaging men as allies in their regions and beyond.

This is not just an event for women. It’s for men who want to be part of the solution, and for all leaders—regardless of gender—who believe in shared responsibility, open dialogue, and accountability for sustainable progress.

Whether you’re already on your allyship journey or just curious to learn more, this session will inspire, equip, and challenge you to think about how to create greater impact.
