This Experience Snack is part of a series of six events.
What is an “Experience Snack”?
Snack = short, crisp unitThe snacks cover topics from the area of new ways of working that are topical and relevant and apply in all industries.
The Experience Snacks include expert impulses and input from the participants.
They are relevant for managers or employees from any discipline alike who are interested in their own development.
Having successfully conducted this series in 2020 with impressive and positive feedback we are now happy to run this again in English language, sponsored by EWMD.

Facts and rumours - learn from experience. Often time we hear assumptions and misunderstandings about mobile working. Whether it's executives or colleagues, prejudices often play a role. The Covid-19 pandemic provided many new insights. And also a certain astonishment.
What can we learn from this?
The Facilitator
Katrin Neuendorf leads the program. For 6 years, Katrin has been working exclusively on New Work implementation topics. Virtual collaboration, design of culture, definition of framework conditions, mobile working and the effective use of digital collaboration solutions in combination with the important human touch. With her company 4 New Work (www.4newwork.com) she works as consultant, trainer and speaker in all sectors.
Katrin has many years of practical experience in global corporations in various industries, most recently 11 years in the technology industry. As HR manager, Katrin contributed to the introduction of modern forms of work. That is why she knows first-hand the situations of everyday work.

Participation is only possible for employees of an EWMD Corporate Member.
You can participate in selected dates or all of them.
The 1-hour Experience Snacks include short impulses and exchange in the group.
How much does it cost?
You are lucky if you are an EWMD Corporate Member. There are no participation fees! This series is sponsored by EWMD in support of its Corporate Members.
