Rooted to Rise: A New Playbook for Corporate Longevity

How can we strengthen corporate longevity within our own organisations?

This highly interactive workshop explores that key question by creating a shared understanding of sustainable growth, resilience, and long-term organisational success. Together, participants will:

• Develop a common vocabulary around corporate longevity
• Identify their organisations’ strengths and blind spots
• Exchange insights and experiences with peers from different sectors and countries
• Translate learnings into practical actions
• Co-create a Corporate Longevity Canvas — a practical tool to support meaningful action after the workshop
