Are Financial Literacy and Ownership Female? (Oh Yes!)
31/1/2023
17:30:00 - 19:00:00 CET

Event Description

As women are claiming their equal space in all areas of life and are busy to further increase their positive impact on the shape of our society, as founders and business owners, CXOs, senior managers, politicians, investors, and so much more, it is time to ensure there is not deprioritization of their own financial future and monetary security. EWOB and EWMD have teamed up to offer a nice nudge to take matters on financial literacy and wealth management in our own hands.

If you also find yourself wondering what you can do to become knowledgeable on macroeconomics, monetary policy, stock market developments or are considering building a sound wealth management plan, this is the event for you. Bring your questions and be ready to listen to the insights of the experts Caroline Palumbo, Tiziana Lang, Carmen Niethammer, and Jara Pascual in this exciting panel, moderated by Saskia Listle & Silvia Wiesner.

Register now and do not miss this inspiring webinar on January 31st from 5:30 CET, you will receive the Zoom link with the confirmation email you'll receive after registration.

Listle, Saskia (Moderator)

Saskia Listle is an entrepreneur and self-employed consultant. With her work in the IT and business strategy sector, she knows first-hand about the problems, struggles and hurdles of Women in Tech.
She actively supports the DEI movement and is passionate about being a trainer and mentor for people going the distance for a move towards more inclusion and belonging in the workspace. This is also her motivation to being an active member of EWMD.
Before becoming self-employed she thought she knew about financial literacy because she could do her tax statement without the help of an accountant.  With the change in employment status came the realisation that she knew how to spend money, but not how to use money. And she learned that this problem is wide-spread for women and members of other marginalised groups. Her aim is to help support and amplify these areas.

Nembach, Nadine (EWMD International Co-President)

As an international expert for leadership, customer delight and Founder of N² Consulting & Training, I travel the world for my customers. 34 countries and 68 nationalities so far.
When working with people I feel it is most important to find the flow that will enable them to tap their potential and find out what they are able to do – as individuals as well as organizations.  Passion, energy and fun are prerequisites for this, and therefore some of the most important tools I use.
My background is a diploma in psychology. Being a trainer, coach, facilitator and speaker, I ease my customer’s path since more than 19 years on the way to (re-) discovering their golden thread.
My story with EWMD started in 2018, when I attended the International Conference in Ingelheim. I was immediately impressed by a lot of things: the quality of the organization, speakers, workshops. However, what impressed me most were the women present. The multitude of occupations, interests, stories and nations. This has not changed ever since; it has intensified over my time being an EWMD member.
I am currently International Co-President of EWMD (www.ewmd.org), Member of the Board at EWoB (https://europeanwomenonboards.eu/) and Mentor for Ouissal (www.ouissal.org)
