Available Packages: 

• Participants fees (members) Early Bird including Friday evening dinner, full conference day, bus transfer back and forth from conference location, two coffee breaks, one light lunch, gala dinner -  book and pay before the 30th of June: 280€
• Participants fees (members) including Friday evening dinner full conference day, bus transfer back and forth from conference location, two coffee breaks, one light lunch, gala dinner - book and pay from 30th of June: 360€
• Participants fees (non-members) including Friday evening dinner full conference day, bus transfer back and forth from conference location, two coffee breaks, one light lunch, gala dinner: 410€
• Under 30 Early Bird including Friday evening dinner, full conference day, bus transfer back and forth from conference location, two coffee breaks, one light lunch, gala dinner -  book and pay before the 30th of June: 230€ 
• Under 30 including Friday evening dinner full conference day, bus transfer back and forth from conference location, two coffee breaks, one light lunch, gala dinner - book and pay from 30th of June: 280€
• Only Conference only conference day, bus transfer back and forth from conference location, two coffee breaks, one light lunch: 260€
• Only Gala Dinner Saturday 26th of October: 220€ 

• Option A: Walking in Madrid (2 hours) 9:00 am Meeting downtown (TBD) and walking city tour with English speaking guide and earphones in the very city center: 55€

• Option B: Rooftops of Madrid (2 hours) 11:00 am Meeting in the very city centerfor a visit of 2 Madrid rooftops with English speaking guide and earphones. This tour 
  includes 1 drink+1 tapa in one Rooftop: 95€ 

• Option C: Prado Adventure (2 hours approx.)  We will divide your group into teams and provide each team with a map that leads to clues located throughout the museum. Working together, your team will embark on a great adventure, solving a series of challenging puzzles that are full of intrigue and friendly competition. When you arrive at a painting, our guides will offer you an explanation, allowing you to learn about the museum in a fun and engaging way. Please note that this activity is similar to a treasure hunt and will include visits to 7-8 paintings: 125€ 

• Option A + B (4 hours approx): starting at 9:00 am. Walking in Madrid and Rooftops of Madrid, includes everything as stated above in Option A and Option B: 150€

Terms and Conditions 

• Tickets are non-refundable, but substitutions are allowed. You may nominate a substitute attendee if you are unable to attend.
• Participation is confirmed only once registration process is concluded and payment has been processed. Registration is not complete, and your spot is not secured until payment is received.
• Early Bird tickets must be purchased and paid for by June 30th. If payment is not processed by this date, the registration will be voided.
• Please clearly indicate any allergies, intolerances, and/or mobility issues in the appropriate fields during the registration process.
• Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer and Credit Card (via Stripe). Please note that due to the high commission fees applied, payment via bank transfer is preferred. 
• The organizers will take pictures, videos and sound recordings during the event, which will be used for documentation and advertising purposes including social media. By participating in the event attendees are aware and have given their consent to the usage of these pictures, videos and recordings for above mentioned purposes.
• Sunday morning activities require a minimum of 30 participants each and needs to be booked by October 10th. If we do not reach this minimum, we will contact you in advance to offer alternative activities from our selection.
• During registration, if you do not wish to book a Sunday morning activity, please select "Proceed without booking Sunday morning activity." Should you decide later to add a Sunday morning activity, contact us at service.international@ewmd.org with your preferred activity. We will accommodate your request if spots are still available. Please note that the deadline to book a Sunday morning activity is October 10th. 
• You will have to autonomously book and pay for your transportation to and from Madrid, for your overnight and all the other costs not included in the fee. THE FEE INCLUDES: Friday dinner, full conference day, bus transfer to and from the conference location with English speaking assistants, light lunch & 2 coffee breaks on Conference Day, Gala dinner on Saturday evening.
