Due to the great success last year, we have once again opted for the traditional Badhotel Überlingen as the adequate venue for the Lake Constance Talks 2026. With its elegant ambiance, lakeside location and the successful combination of history and modern comfort, it offers the perfect setting for a weekend full of inspiration, exchange, and personal development.
As usual, we will meet on Friday afternoon for a relaxed start directly at the hotel.
The theme for 2026 will be:
"How to be your own Finance Minister"
Financial independence is an essential part of self-determination. Yet money is still a taboo topic for many—especially for women. How can we succeed in taking responsibility for our own finances with clarity, knowledge, and confidence? How can we learn to consciously manage our resources—whether in our jobs, daily life, or long-term life decisions?
During this weekend, we want to work together to develop strategies and mindsets that help us actively shape our financial future – confidently, informed, and independently. Because "finance" is much more than just numbers – it is a key to personal freedom.

Our three speakers will cover different aspects of the topic:
Wiebke Schattschneider holds a degree in banking management and has been working in the financial sector for over 35 years, advising private individuals, self-employed persons, and entrepreneurs on all matters of wealth building, investment, and management, as well as on all personal and business financing issues. With the My First Million Game, we simulate up to 20 years of investment periods in a single morning. You will see how wealth can be built and invested over the long term.
Sabine Röltgen has been active in the stock market since 1997. She shares her knowledge about successful investing in stocks in webinars and one-on-one coaching. In the workshop at the Bodenseegespräche 2026, Sabine will show us that investing in stocks and ETFs is not only financially attractive but also fun. We will talk about the main success drivers for successful investing. We will discuss pros and cons for investing in stocks. We will find out, how we make money on the stock market – over time.
Nicole Meißner has been investing in the real estate market since the 1990's and successfully built up a portfolio, which enabled her way into early retirement. We will discuss tactics and strategies in connection with real estate and common prejudices, mistakes and potential pitfalls.

Optional additional program on Sunday morning should be booked individually, as needed, e.g city tour through the historic old town or a trip to the island of Mainau (ferry departs not far from the hotel).

Early Bird (members) when booked & paid by February 28, 2026: €210
Members from March 1, 2026: €260
Guests: €300 (max. 2 slots in total, please coordinate with the relevant chapter)
Included in the participation fee: Friday evening event, workshop on Saturday including catering and coffee breaks, Saturday dinner. Drinks are at own expense unless specifically notified otherwise.

The additional fee per Person will be:
- Friday Welcome Reception: 25 €
- Friday Group Dinner in the Hotel: 60 € (incl water on the table)

The room prices are per room per night for single occupancy, including a generous breakfast buffet. For double occupancy, costs for breakfast may be added.
All rooms in the main building can be reached by elevator. The rooms in Warmbad are partly accessible by elevator. There is no elevator in Villa Seeburg or in the Tower. These rooms are accessible only by stairs. The hotel has its own paid parking lot, and directly opposite there is a public parking garage.
