About the Conference

Now. Build. Tomorrow. Together.

The EWMD International Conference 2026 in Istanbul brings together women in management, leaders, and change-makers from across our international network to explore this year’s theme: “Longevity in Leadership.”

Rooted in EWMD’s mission to empower women in management and foster inclusive leadership, the conference creates a space to reflect on how we lead, how we grow, and how we sustain our impact over time.

Across three days, participants will engage in meaningful conversations, exchange perspectives, and connect across cultures and industries. The focus is on building leadership that is not only successful today, but sustainable for tomorrow.

Hosted in the vibrant city of Istanbul, the conference combines learning, connection, and cultural experience in an inspiring international environment.
 

Participation & Fees

Registration Period: April 23 – August 31, 2026

• EWMD Members – Early Bird (until June 1): €295

• EWMD Members – Regular (from June 2): €375

• Non-Members: €410

Limited capacity: maximum 200 participants.

We suggest that you pay the registration fee via bank transfer and not via credit card.
This helps us to save money which we can use for the conference.

 

What’s Included

Your conference ticket includes:

• Full access to the conference programme

• Participation in workshops and sessions

• Conference materials (bag, badge, programme)

• Access to exhibition and sponsor activities

• Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference day

• Networking Cocktail (Friday evening)

• Gala Dinner with food, drinks, and entertainment (Saturday evening)
   

Terms and Conditions 

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all participants: 

• Tickets are non-refundable, but substitutions are allowed. You may nominate a substitute attendee if you are unable to attend.

• Participation is confirmed only once registration process is concluded and payment has been processed. Registration is not complete, and your spot is not secured until payment is received.

• Early Bird tickets must be purchased and paid for by June 1st. If payment is not processed by this date, the normal fee (non early bird) will apply.

• Please clearly indicate any allergies, intolerances, and/or mobility issues in the appropriate fields during the registration process.

• Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer and credit card (via Stripe). Please note that due to the high commission fees applied, payment via bank transfer is preferred. 

• The organizers will take pictures, videos and sound recordings during the event, which will be used for documentation and advertising purposes including social media. By participating in the event attendees are aware and have given their consent to the usage of these pictures, videos and recordings for above mentioned purposes.

• You will have to autonomously book and pay for your transportation to and from Istanbul, for your overnight and all the other costs not included in the fee.
