This program explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and business strategy, with a focus on enhancing human thinking by embracing machine interactions. The 12 sessions cover all the essential topics from machine learning and NLP to ethical considerations and diversity. You will gain a well-rounded perspective on how AI can drive innovation and efficiency in your organization.

We will delve into the benefits of AI in improving business operations and decision-making processes, emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion. Through real-life examples and applications supported by research and practical case studies, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how AI can drive innovation and efficiency in various business contexts.

In each session we will look at one aspect of AI and how we can work with it. How can it enhance what we are doing, where lie potential pitfalls, how can we make the optimal of the situation? Also, the sessions will leave room for practical examples and exchange.

Dates:

The sessions will be held on the second Thursday of each month. Each session will take place from 08:00 - 09:00. After each session I will leave the room open for another half hour to allow for questions and further discussions. (09:00 - 09:30).

"AI Governance and Algorithmic Bias: Women in Business"
12/1/2026

Artificial intelligence is reshaping business—but not equally. From hiring algorithms that filter out qualified women to platform systems that suppress women’s professional visibility, AI bias is creating systematic barriers to economic opportunity.

This isn’t theory. It’s documented, measurable, and happening now.

Join AI governance expert Arylee McSweaney and Ruth Sierra (The AI Execution Architect) for a data-driven examination of how algorithmic bias impacts women entrepreneurs and business leaders—and what’s being done about it.

Who Should Attend:

Business leaders implementing AI tools, entrepreneurs navigating platform algorithms, professionals concerned about how technology shapes opportunity, anyone who suspects the algorithm isn’t neutral.

The Bottom Line:

Algorithms trained on biased data from biased societies are making decisions about jobs, visibility, credit, and opportunity—at scale, with limited accountability. Understanding how this works isn’t optional anymore. It’s infrastructure.

Event Details:
  • Date: January 12, 2026
  • Time: 8:00 AM MT | 10:00 AM EST | 4:00 PM CET
  • Format: 60-minute panel discussion + 30-minute audience Q&A
  • Recording: Available for registered attendees

The session will be hosted and moderated by:
  • Nadine Nembach (Leadership and Customer delight - Coaching - Training - Consulting - Facilitation - Founder "Nadine Nembach Consulting + Training" & former EWMD International Co-President)

Please note that this event will be recorded for future use (e.g., on-demand access, promotional content, or internal review). By participating in the event, you consent to being recorded. If you have any concerns, please contact us service.international@ewmd.org

EWMD International Mentoring 2026
28/2/2026

EWMD International Mentoring

Mentoring has been proven to have a significant impact on peoples’ careers. Personal growth and learning is a key skill in today’s business world and the exchange of knowledge is crucial to achieve that goal. Mentoring accelerates self-development, career progression, and overall self-confidence. The EWMD collects a lot of experienced and senior women who are willingly sharing their knowledge over webinars and the personal exchange already. Bringing these two subjects – the personal learning journey and the existing knowledge in our network – together in a systematic approach seems like the next logical step.

Born from these considerations we are proud to present to you the EWMD Mentoring Program! In Feburary 2026 we offer the frame for a 12 months intensive mentoring program where 1:1 Mentorings are combined with collaborative workshops.

Please register for this event to register for the whole mentoring program. After completing the registration, you will receive:

  • Questionnaire Link for Mentors
  • Questionnaire Link for Mentees
